dock icons

Hello, this might be a bit nitpicky, but Windows app icons show up noticeably larger than MacOS app icons in the dock. Could you perhaps make them resize to a slightly smaller size? I realize it's not possible to do this perfectly because some Windows icons look rather small due to transparency...

It would be really nice if it would be possible to customize the Dock Icon of the VM. Background: I have multiple VMs in the Dock and all of them got the same (windows) Icon, it happens very often that I start the wrong one

I have three monitors, I like to run parallels maximised in the middle monitor, but not always, I would like an easy way to click on a dock icon and then specify the monitor/desktop the application is to appear on- say display 1,2 or 3, note - this is for all dock app icons, not just parallels...

Some versions ago Parallels opened - as expected - the control center, when the Parallels icon was clicked. The current versions doesn't. I first thought it was an annoying bug to be resolved, but it stayed. Now you have to right click on the icon and do a second click on control center to see...
