dock icon

Hello, this might be a bit nitpicky, but Windows app icons show up noticeably larger than MacOS app icons in the dock. Could you perhaps make them resize to a slightly smaller size? I realize it's not possible to do this perfectly because some Windows icons look rather small due to transparency...

Hi, There is an option to hide individual VM icons from the dock and leave only the main icon. I'd prefer the reverse, to leave only the VM icons but hide the main icon. While the VM icons are useful to switch to a VM in one click, the main icon is not used often and there is no reason for it...
