How to repair?? Did not realize that Windows can no longer utilize my Mac Pro graphics cards when running Parallels.

Getting crazy trying to activate my Parallels Desktop for Mac on a new Mac i installed with TimeMachine from a backup. Activation Limit reached, you know... But even after deinstalling and restarting it says the same. Followed all instructions but no result. Don't know what to do next...
