Parallels 20.4.1 and Windows 11 ARM Networking Conflict

Cisco Vpn Client Installation Problem
for my old mac (bootcamp), i install cisco vpn as below link. https://community.spiceworks.com/how_to/124156-install-cisco-vpn-on-windows-10 Install dneupdate64 before install cisco, but now M1 Windows 11 arm no working, unable to manage network components, anyone can help?- LeeB10
