autocad in paralles

I've been trying to install a proprietary version of auto CAD in parallels and it seems to have an issue copying the file destination. I have deleted it a few times and tried to reinstall it with no luck. I'm sure that there is a simple workaround to this, but I am just not technically Savvy...
