    Cannot seem to see how to stop auto-renewals as the menu options go around in circles

    Auto renew has no turn off option!

    Hi: I purchased Parallels a year ago to work on a specific project. Now it is auto renued, I am not using it, I am not looking for a refund, but for the tuern off the auto renew and the option is not available on the wbesite. Any suggestions? Thanks. Regards, Raul.
