auto-renewal

Dear admins/support, I tried a free 14 days trial. I do not want to continue using Parallels. Please stop my auto-renewal and help me delete my account. I have looked everywhere and cannot find this. Kind regards, Maurice

Even when I login into my account, there is no subscription / transaction history associated...

I'm being asked to renew my subscription, but the only is license I have is a Permanent License. A subscription based Permanent License doesn't make sense. Can someone explain this to me because I am unable to cancel the subscription? There is no option to turn off the auto-renewal. It doesn't...
