audio recording

Since I upgraded to Parallels 18.1.1, the audio files won't playback on Mac Music or QuickTime player anymore. What am I doing wrong? The recordings used to playback fine. Thanks in advance for any help. Happy Holidays, Yule, Christmas ... the whole enchilada!!
