Hey community! Any idea how to remove 2FA from your Parallels account when you done have access to an authentication device or recovery codes? I can't contact Support as they use Facebook or X and I don't use either of those platforms. Is there a direct email for Parallels Support? Thanks Mark

I enabled 2FA with FortiAuthenticator and it works fine if the user is imported in to FortiAuthenticator. However, users who are not imported in FortiAuthenticator still can login without 2FA. How can enforce policy/settings to have 2FA for all users.
