I am having the same problem. When I go back to Mac disc tool and try to erase the Virtual disc, Install Mac Mojave, The erase fails and details say that the virtual disc could not be unmounted to erase and correctly format. The disc cannot be manually unmounted. Any suggestions for fixing this...
