An update on my particular situation with Quantower. I did find that the scrolling issue with my Logitech MX Master 3S did fix from one of the beta updates of Quantower. However, my issues with using the software with Parallels also included general performance (slow, choppy/lag graphically)...

I have the same issue. Using Logitech bluetooth mouse. No scroll issues with anything but Quantower.

I figured it out. I had video.metal=0 in the boot order from a previous troubleshooting exercise. Once removed, DirectX11 features restored.
