Now I ve purchased the 4.0 Upgrade in German, since my 4.0 trial was also in German, but it appears my 3.0 was in US English, so my Permanent Activation key does not work. Can you help me please?

Due to a HD crash I had to reinstall 3.0 Unfortunately I do need the activation key for a previous version. That I dont have. I just bought the extended download link option, but this did also not help. What can I do?
