Is there a free upgrade option for users who purchased Parallels Desktop 13 recently? (The non-subscription license). I purchased on July 7th.

If you upgrade Parallels, it will not affect the VM environment. I have taken VMs last used with really old versions of Parallels and run them in recent versions and there is no reactivation of Windows required.

Just to add another "me too". Without OpenGL 3.x support soon, we're going to have to switch a 5-person team away from Parallels.
