    opensolaris 2008.11 generates panic or hangs during install on Parallels Desktop Mac

    Try setting RAM to 512M, it should help with installation.

    Does setting RAM to 512M helps with installation? I managed to install it by limiting the ram to 512M. (integration and polish are another story)
