I can only get it to run on an M1 when used with Edge.
I had to run SQL 2014 32 bit in order to get it to work.
I don't believe you can downgrade a SQL database back to 2014 once it has been upgraded to 2019. You would have to get a backup that was on 2014...
You have to use Act! v23 or earlier and then use SQL 2014 32 bit. The file in located in the installer folder.
No MS SQL 2019 doesn't work but MS SQL 2014 does. The issue was trying to use Act! CRM with Parallels and M1.

I did it on a new fresh install of Windows 11 ARM.
I run the Act! CRM system in a Parallels system with my Intel MacBook Pro and using the new M1 you can't copy a VM over from one to the other and...
Same problem for me. Really need an answer on this!!
