try reinstalling parallels......worked for me. Uninstall first :)

Are you running office 2004 of 2008 for mac? I have iWork + Office 2008 for mac and Office 2007 for windows installed and everything working...
Are you running Leopard? As i can see your version is 4124, while the latest is 5584. So upgrade and your problem should be solved.
Yes, and you have a better integration with Leopard. Hopefully they'll soon support directX 9.1
Did you try lowering your memory?
You can try reinstalling parallels. Did you put the map Parallels from "applications" and "documents" back? Normally the virtual drive...
You can try and make another account on the mac side and see if the problem still appears....
Hopefully the release off 10.5.2 will solve stack problem.....

In your configuration screen go to "usb controller" and choose "connect to mac os X"
You can try uninstalling 5584, then reinstalling it . Reboot mac and start parallels again.
Yes, there is an uninstaller in the .dmg file. It is just the software, your vm will not be affected.
