    With version off parallels you running? Normally you can go up to 2048 mb

    Are you running Leopard? As i can see your version is 4124, while the latest is 5584. So upgrade and your problem should be solved.

    You can try reinstalling parallels. Did you put the map Parallels from "applications" and "documents" back? Normally the virtual drive...

    You can try uninstalling 5584, then reinstalling it . Reboot mac and start parallels again.

    Yes, there is an uninstaller in the .dmg file. It is just the software, your vm will not be affected.

    Can you give us the version off parallels your running.... Normally in parallels 3 you can go up to 2048 ram.
