I guess I am the only person using Plesk that unzips and zips files?!?!
This should be a simple task in the Plesk control panel; shell access shouldn't be necessary. Can there be an icon to create additional FTP users...
It is tragic that Plesk does not have a way to compress and decompress zip, tar, etc. files. This is functionality that should be included asap.
