It's still happening to one VM with no Parallels Tools installed after update to 20.1.0
I assume `prltimesync` comes with Parallels Tools? Some of my VMs that experience this problem do no have Parallels Tools.

I noticed that this seems to happen right after Smart Guard created a snapshot of the system.
