Hi @GuilhermeT, thank you for the report. CPU usage spikes are directly related to Windows programs using CPU. Parallels Desktop itself does not use CPU nearly at all. So, before upgrading to PD14 you had no CPU spikes at all? How frequent they are now?

Thank you! Was there high CPU usage before sending the report? At the time when the report was taken CPU usage is fine, 89% of CPU uptime is idle (not in use). There is Sophos anti-virus working in Windows, it may slow the entire system down during its checks. Do you experience slow Windows UI...

Few more questions: 1. If you press native macOS keyboard shortcut Command+Shift+4 > then select an area to take screenshot, is the saved image displayed correctly? 2. Are you using any external displays? If yes, does the tool work without them being connected?

Thank you very much, @MarkB24, but please we need a report while the VM is working and experiencing the issue, so required performance counters for CPU will be collected. In your report VM is stopped, plus you have two Win10 VMs, not sure which one has this issue. Or do they both have?
