Here's another issue since upgrading to P6. Now the font since when i reply to a message in Outlook is the incorrect size - it is much larger than it should be - this is new since upgrading.

I just upgraded to P6 from P5. i run Windows on my VM and do not use Bootcamp. The mac is a 2.66Ghz i7 machine with 8GB of RAM. The fan now runs non-stop since the upgrade - this issue did not exist in P5. Please advise.

My father has been running Parallels on his MBP with no issues until recently when he started getting the BSOD whenever he now tries to open Parallels. His .pvm file is backed up on Time Machine but anytime we restore it and try to open it, we get the BSOD again. I did a clean Windows install...

I am trying to figure out of it is possible to recover my .pvm file. I had to reinstall Windows XP after repetitive instances of the BSOD when restoring and trying to boot from my.pvm file. Is there any way to repair this file or will have to reinstall all of my Windows programs in a new VM?

For some reason, when I did a Window update this morning, my MBP now boots into Windows unless I hold down the Option key when powering up. Any idea what is going on or which setting changed? Running Parallels 4.0. Thanks in advance.

what a surprise - still no windows mouse "snap to" functionality...

I have had this problem in both PD3 and the newly installed PD4 - XP will not shut down - I either have to stop the VM or force quit. Not sure what is happening but wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem. I am running on MBP 17" with 4 MB of RAM.

A new Parallels version and still no "snap to" functionality...why is such a simple request so hard to fulfill...we are pushing 18 months on this...sigh

why would you uninstall parallel tools - won't this strip the system of other functionality? the real issue is that your company has been promising a solution to this problem for over two years - suggesting that each new build will have a fix in it - simply put, why hasn't it be done and when...
