You just need to set up your VM with "Shared Networking" and it should work fine. If this doesn't work, please post again.

I would try uninstalling Bonjour, and reinstalling now that you have shared networking. Bonjour should work fine for printing to an ethernet...
I am using shared networking. Before you do anything else, shut down your VM, shut down your MAC, and reboot both.
Try "shared networking" instead of "bridged".
