    Can't install Parallels Tools

    Solved! I availed myself of the chat help and someone took control of my machine and got it solved. Thank goodness!

    Can't install Parallels Tools

    Copying files between Mac and Win XP stopped, so following one suggestion I uninstalled Parallels Tools. Now I can't reinstall. Tried downloading...
