    en3 is Parallels Host-Guest adapter, but you are using Shared Networking in VM, as I can understand, just uncheck as requested in error

    Use Bootcamp XP install or create new VM ?

    Clean installation is always preferable , after you create new VM, you can start Boot Camp Assistant and restore Mac partititon
