This is Finder error not Parallels Desktop You cannot copy via USB, as most probably it is formatted as FAT32 (2 gb file limit size)
Not sure what is the problem, it is by design, only one OS at a time can access real device

Are you using build 5608? If yes in Hard Disk 1 -Advanced button - click Clear Note, that you need to activate Windows again
