joem is right! For running VM you should see "Software mode N" in case of software virtualization or "Intel VT-x" in case of hardware virtualization.
VT-x is enabled by default on all MBPs and iMacs. There could be some problems with Mac Minis, but it could be solved with lates firmware updates.
