rdalley, Try to revert to 1918, then remove Sound from VM config, then upgrade to 1920, then add Sound again. Will it work?

jayssss, Are you sure you chosen Vista OS type in your VM configuration?
Please create new VM configuration from the scratch and attach your old HDD image to it. It will solve your "Unexpected error".
