When you start Parallels, click on usb controller. You will get connection options, there you choose "connect to max os x".

I have just come to the conclusion that in my version 3.0 you cant disable usb autoconnect. Is this correct or im missing something? Greetings

there are no problems with 3.0, only 2.5 Parallels is working to fix it in 2 days.

It seems your running older version of parallels. You have to upgrade parallels (see in menu off parallels)
