There will be a .pvs file for it and a .hdd file for it. If it is the only VM you have installed those will be the only two such files.
Can you install windows updates in Bridged Networking mode? Some have reported being unable to do it in Shared Networking mode.

Nope, go File -> New Configuration (or Virtual Machine as the case may be, I forget). Just point it at the same BootCamp partition.
