As soon as I ugpraded to Mavericks and updated to latest version of Parallels 9, for some reason Local system service always shows 50% cpu usage...
So glad I'm not the only one having this issue. It looks like Parallels is ignoring the setting system shorcuts => send all system keys to vm.
