I have run the repair routine both from within the VM and from Boot Camp. No change in result - still no authorization and/or control panel...
Start up in Boot Camp...go to Add/Remove programs...the Parallel Tools show up there...select them and uninstall them.
Are you saying that only newly created Boot Camp partitions will benefit from this fix and that the original version of 4.0 damaged the Boot Camp...
