I have two of the above files on my mac that haven't been used in 3 years. I assume I can delete them but I just want to make sure.

I have two files on my iMac that take up a total of almost 90 GB. They were last used 2 and 3 years ago and they both start with "Windows XP-0-hdd.0". My VM is Windows XP. What are those files and can I safely delete them?

Somehow the external hard drive that I use as TimeMachine's backup drive has become associated with Windows rather that OS X. How do I change that?

Problem solved. I found 'Parallels Tools' in my Applications folder and started it. Icon is now in my toolbar.

How can I "follow all the steps" when step 1 did not work??? I tried restarting my Mac and when I did, Parallels reported and error so I Reported data to Parallels and got report number 230673689. I also upgraded Parallels to Version 13.2, but the Toolbox icon is still missing.

I looked for a Process Name of "Parallels Toolbox" and "Toolbox" in the Activity Monitor (sorted by Process Name) and did not find either. Should I still do steps 2 to 4?

Update: I noticed that OS X apps showed the same behavior even though System Preferences->Dock->"Minimized windows into application icon" was set. Turning off my iMac and then turning it back on resolved the problem.
