Can't print in Windows to Mac Printers over network

Office:
Windows server. Windows XP thru Parallels build 8455 on Leopard can print to printers on Windows server. Leopard also works through Windows sever

Home:
Mac wireless and ethernet network with four Macs and two printers. Leopard can print to my shared printers, but windows can not. I can see the printers, but the files just stack up. (Windows can print if I directly connect the printer usb to the computer, just not over my home network)

Any thoughts?

Thanks for the response. I had not used the article, but have now, followed all the directions, but failed anyway.

I make it through the Add Printer Wizard but none of the options at the Specify a Printer box seem to work

It seems to only want to print if the printer is directly hooked up to the computer by usb, not over my home network

Any more thoughts?

No, nothing is greyed out. I get three options which just lead to more confusing options that do not seem to help:
1) Find a printer in the directory (No home network printers appear, just the office directory)
2) Connect to this printer (I entered the name of the printer, but that did nothing)
3) Connect to a printer on the internet or on a home or office network (I tried the url that appears on one of my other Macs, but that did not work) It just doesn't seem to see my home network, although it uses it for internet access and getting to my office through the VPN.

Thanks for the tip. Bonjour for Windows worked perfectly.
I did have to uninstall the bonjour on the xp side of the computer and reinstall it, but once I had the shortcut to the Bonjour Printer Wizard on my desktop, it was near instant gratification.
