YouTube Video and Audio Downloads Not Working on Windows

I am currently using both Parallels Toolbox for Windows and Parallels Toolbox for Mac.
The tool works normally on my Mac, but audio and video downloads do not work properly on Windows.
This issue occurs only with YouTube; direct video links download normally.
This feature is an important factor in my decision on whether to renew my licenses across multiple platforms.
I would therefore appreciate a prompt resolution.

Hello, i've got the same issue.
The same URL not working at Windows, but on Mac it downloads perfectly.
