I need help configuring my parallels to allow blue beam (Revu) to download.
I get the message Revu requires Windows 11 (24H2 or later) for ARM64 installation.
Blue beam was working perfect before but then I could not sign in or out.
It's believed to be a parallels issue preventing bluebeam from installing.

This error means your system is running an older Windows 11 version. Bluebeam Revu ARM64 requires Windows 11 24H2 or later, which is common for Parallels users on Mac (M1/M2/M3). You can fix it by updating Windows from Settings → Windows Update. If the update isn't available, you may need a fresh 24H2 ARM installation.
Also make sure you're using the correct version (ARM vs x64), depending on your setup. If anyone needs a pre-activated or ready-to-use Windows 11 , I've helped set up Windows 11 ARM for Parallels users before through digitalsoftwarekey, so feel free to reach out if you need guidance.

    Hey IsaacH10,
You're not alone this is a common issue for ARM64 users running Parallels on Apple Silicon Macs.
    Why it happens:
Bluebeam Revu checks your system before installing. On ARM64, it needs Windows 11 24H2 or later older builds simply don't have the required native ARM64 libraries.
Step 1: Confirm your current build:

1: Go to Settings → Windows Update → Check for Updates
    2:Install Windows 11 24H2 and restart
3:If update doesn't appear, download Windows 11 Installation Assistant from Microsoft directly
    4:Re-run Bluebeam Revu installer.

Step 2: Confirm your current build:
Settings → System → About → Windows Specifications
Look for: "Version" and "OS Build"

    For Parallels Users:
Update to Parallels Desktop 19+, then do an in-place Windows update. If that fails, rebuild your VM with a fresh Windows 11 24H2 ARM64 ISO takes 25-30 mins and solves it permanently.
Getting your base environment right before installation is key just like how custom windows insulation Baltimore professionals always verify structural compatibility before starting work. Same principle applies here.
Drop your Windows build number if still stuck happy to help!
