Hi Support, I tried to cancel auto renewal of our licenses but it's not showing up under our subscription and i am not able to manage it. Can you please cancel all auto renewal? it had been renewed recently. The product is Parallels Desktop for Mac and Parallels Toolbox. Please let me know if you need more details. Thanks

My license was renewed and charged to my credit card without my approval. There is no direct method of removing your stored credit card information, This is so unethical. How can such a large organisation gets away with this kind of unethical things?

I already raised the ticket but your team is parroting the same policy again and again without accepting that you guys are deliberately storing my credit card information without my confirmation and keeping it hidden and making it so complicated to remove the auto-renewal. And if someone is late by a day in canceling the auto renewal, you charge their card and then refuse to refund. This is perhaps legal but definitely unethical.
Dear Parallels Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I recently received a notification that my Parallels subscription was automatically renewed and that I was charged approximately $70. I was unaware that the subscription was set to renew automatically, and the charge came as a surprise. I would like to respectfully request a refund for this renewal. I have never actively used the service during my subscription period, and when I attempted to locate the cancellation options previously, I found the process confusing and was unable to determine how to cancel successfully. On top of that, when I tried to log in with my email I couldn't find anything that indicates I have an active subscription. At the moment, I am not working and am trying to manage my expenses carefully, so this unexpected charge has been difficult for me. I would be very grateful if you could review my situation and consider issuing a refund as a one-time courtesy.
