Hi, I made a purchase on my government credit charge card for a one year license and it auto renewed the payment which is not allowed and I did not authorized. I need to speak with someone regarding the reversal of this charge immediately. I have attempted to look for multiple ways of contacting accounting and support and I am unable to speak with a live representative. I would like to receive a phone call or email and not a forum response due to the sensitive information that will need to be provided.
