Universal print queues shown to other users

    We have a small amount of 2x users whos own universal print queues are shown to other 2x users.
    Shown in the format of "printername for username by 2X"
    These printer queues should only be shown to the logged in user, however some are seeing other username print queues
    Why would this be?

    Hi @maureenspuppet thanks for reaching out! To help narrow this down, a few clarifying questions will be useful:
    1. Please share the RAS Farm version, the RAS Client version/model, and whether the affected users are on Windows or macOS clients.
    2. How long the issue has been occurring, and whether it affects all users or only specific ones?
    3. When User A sees redirected printers belonging to User B, does User A see all of User B's redirected printers, or only some of them?
      This helps determine whether it's a full redirection issue or a partial mapping issue.
    4. Is User B's session still active at the moment User A can see those align printers?
      Redirected printers typically appear only while the originating session is active, so this detail is important.
    5. Do these unexpected printers appear in both:
      Devices and Printers, and
      Print Dialogs (e.g., Notepad > Print)?
      This helps confirm whether the printers are actually mapped system wide or only appearing at the API/driver level.

    Client version = 20.1.256.33
    Server = 20.2.0
    Windows clients
    Don't know how long its been occurring, however only just been reported which may suggest its only just started...it may not
    User A sees all of User B's redirected printers
    User A sees user Bs printers as offline
    The printers appear in the print dialog box of the application, the 2x user cannot see "devices and Printers" in a 2x session, just the published app
    This does not affect all users, most just see their own redirected printers
