Parallels 11 activation on OS X 10.13.6 fails (Check your Internet connection)

    Dear @Avinash Bundhoo, I'm experiencing the same problem as everyone else on this forum. Had to replace the motherboard on my Mac, and after trying to reinstall Parallels, I get the "can't connect to internet" error message when trying to activate the license key. Used to work just fine before. Tried all the recommended troubleshooting tips, but no luck I'm afraid. Are you able to help please? Many thanks, ed.

    Having the exact same problem. Old laptop died, got a replacement and restored everything with Time Machine. Parallels 11 starts up fine but won't activate - keeps giving me the "check your internet connection" error even though internet is working fine.
    I have my original license key and it's a paid license. Please send me those instructions, thanks.

    Hi @DanielB101, are you able to share the instructions that Avinash kindly sent you please? Have tried reaching out to him but haven't had any luck. Would love to get Parallels working again on my Mac - am experiencing exactly the same issue as you. Many thanks, ed.

    I need help with Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac. I installed it back in January 2016 and everything was fine until my 2015 Macbook Pro crashed a few days ago so I had to reinstall the OS and all the applications but now I need help making it work on my 2015 MacBook Pro. I have the January 6, 2016 confirmation email from [email protected] when I first registered it but I keep getting the "check your internet connection" error message when trying to activate the license key. It used to work just fine before. I tried all the recommended troubleshooting tips. My internet is working fine. Please advise.
