i need help

    I am CLient at parallels for 3 years

    i changed my bank account and then parallels couldnt get money from me.

    Now i want to change the bank and it doenst work and i cant contact the support to get help.

    I dont know what do to. i need parallels for work.

    can someone help me pls

    As checked on our side, we noticed that you have successfully renewed your Parallels Subscription and it's valid until 2026-08-05.
    In case you are still unable to activate Parallels Desktop, please follow the steps below:
    1. Reproduce the issue.
    2. Collect a technical report (Right-click on the Parallels icon in the Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply to this message.

    As checked on our side, we notice that you are currently using Parallels Desktop 18 Trial, which is ending on 2025-09-03.
    1. Thus, could you please let us know if you are able to use the Trial mode or not?
    2. If you already purchased a Parallels Desktop License, please provide us with the reference number of your purchase.
