I am CLient at parallels for 3 years i changed my bank account and then parallels couldnt get money from me. Now i want to change the bank and it doenst work and i cant contact the support to get help. I dont know what do to. i need parallels for work. can someone help me pls

In case you are still unable to activate Parallels Desktop, please follow the steps below: 1. Reproduce the issue. 2. Collect a technical report (Right-click on the Parallels icon in the Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply to this message.
