I got a new laptop and I'm a yearly subscriber. It's asking for an activation Key

My receipts for the yearly subscription don't show an activation key. My old laptop doesn't have the activation key either (i'm about to wipe it anyway). I created a ticket in FB Chat and have heard nothing. I even created a thread here yesterday but it disappeared. I'm going crazy trying to figure out why i can't get into my account and am not ever sure where to go.
 
My issue was that i had two accounts and for some reason my personal account is where my corporate subscription was. Once i logged into the right place, i was able to see my login and it was fixed.
