I upgraded to macOS Sonoma and tested Parallels Desktop while managing my travel-adventure site. Running Windows tools for booking management, photo editing, and promotional content creation worked mostly fine, but I noticed that graphics-heavy apps like video editors for desert safari footage or dune bashing tours can lag slightly.
Disabling hardware graphics acceleration in Parallels helped smooth things out. Snapshots and VM backups were a lifesaver when testing new updates or editing marketing material for my safari packages.
