[Unwanted Renewal] Please issue refund

    I have purchased Parallels for Desktop Mac Pro Edition a year back and stopped using it for the past 8 months. I thought it would run off till the expiration date and today I found that I was charged a renewal fee without any prior intimation. Please cancel the current subscription and issue a refund.

    Hello, I was charged for the Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition (1 Year) a couple of days ago since I forgot that the subscription automatically renews. Since I no longer need to use the software, I tried to request a refund but the system kept me in a loop with a chatbot. Can I please request a refund here?

    Hello, I purchased a Parallels desktop Upgrade for the Mac standard edition a few minutes ago, and when I tried to activate it. It sent me another page to put my previous key, which I don't have. I only use 14-day trials.

    I have purchased Parallels for Desktop Mac Standard Edition a year back and stopped using it for the past 9 months. I thought it would be canceled on the expiration date and today I found that I was charged a renewal fee without any prior intimation. I canceled the current subscription and would like to be issued a refund.

    Please note that to activate Parallels Desktop with an upgrade key, you will need a previous key (older key).
    If you do not have a previous key, as a suggestion, we can offer you a refund and then you can purchase a full subscription at:`
