旧激活密钥尚未被许可证服务器接受

我需要重置旧激活密钥，因为从pd16升级到pd17,输入完升级密钥之后，输入之前版本密钥提示未被接受。

I have same question. And get the same error message.
I upgraded from 14 to 16 in my old Macbook (Intel CPU).
Now I need install parallels desktop in my new Macbook (silicon CPU).
I input the key of V16 firstly.
Then I input the key of V14.
But PD can not activate keys.
