Please click below to generate a new link that will be sent to your email inbox. 2) After completing the Captcha to get a new link sent to email, I never receive one and am presented with the following message: A new link has been generated and sent to your email inbox. Be sure to check your spam folder if you can't find it. If you did not receive a new email after a few minutes, please contact our Customer Support Team. Can I please get assistance updating this payment info? Does anyone know how to get around this?
I am also having this problem. I am trying to renew my subscription and I get the error: We're sorry, this link has expired to protect your data privacy. Please click below to generate a new link that will be sent to your email inbox. I go through the process, get the link, click it and supposedly pay, but nothing happens - neither PayPal nor my credit card were charged, and I get a notice that I'll receive an email at the appropriate time. I can't get support from chat, email, or phone because I don't have an active subscription...but I can't activate my subscription.
its a scam to get you to buy a new license at double the price. This issue has been going on since at least Feb 24' as there are other posts about this.
