Purchased only one license but charged for two.

Hi, I only purchased for one license but somehow there is a second one also registered with my account and I was charged for two. How do I get the second license (which I did not activate) refunded? Thanks

Hello Henry,

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to refund just one of those licenses as they are tied to the same subscription.
As such, you would have to request a refund of the entire subscription after which you may then purchase a new subscription at https://buy.parallels.com/329/purl-oct-pd20f-std1y

Kindly confirm if you would like us to proceed.
