Parallels 13, installation renewal

Dear Parallels-team,

we have to reinstall our licence of Parallels 13 on a new Mac machine, which has to run on High Sierre. Unfortunately the license cannot be activated, despite an ealier logout on the old machine. Could you provide a solution for this issue? Thank you in advance.

We have made some changes on our end.
Could you try to activate the license again and let us know the outcome?
In case required, you may use the below link to download Parallels Desktop 13:
