change in email address and now I can't login to manage subscription

    My subscription was in my old work email address which is now dead and I cannot access my account to manage my subscription. I end up in a catch22 loop - am told to verify my email but I cannot receive any email to the old address so I can't log in to change my email address. What do I do? I have created a new user account with my current email address but need some way of transferring my licences which are due for renewal soon.
