Moved to a new Mac - Activation not possible

Hi,
I moved to a new Mac and want to also move my license.
When I start Parallels it says that the activation limit was reached (Parallels 17).
Can you please instruct how to deactivate it on my old mac so I can use it on my new one? The KB article says I should contact support.

Hi BenediktN2,

We have made the neccessary changes
 
Says "This license has reached its activation limit and cant be activated anymore."
But as my old mac is damaged, I had to buy a new one. So Im not using more than 1 license.

We have reset the activation limit for your Parallels Desktop 17 license key.
