Capture area has toolbox icons faintly visible

When I use Capture Area inParallels 19 Pro on Sonoma the toolbox icons appear as a faint image in the background.

This only happens when using the toolbox icon in the menu bar to show the drop-down menu. Using a keyboard shortcut does not give the same result.
