Deactivated account still charging

Hello, sorry if this question has been asked many times before. But a previous account under the same email that I had deleted under the same email has been charged $270 since I deleted that account at 6/2/23, Is there any way to deactivate that key from the deleted account that is still charging me? Ideally I would love a refund as I was charged $140 yesterday for an account I deleted over a year ago, but honestly I just don't wan't to be charged in future and want a way to guarantee that.
